What’s New?
An Italian team is bringing a fresh new way of vacationing to the Hudson Valley. Revolving around the bed and breakfast business model, they have converted two XIX-Century mansions with majestic views of the Hudson River into 10 mini-apartments designed to please travelers with a penchant for the arts and an appreciation for the Italian life-style.
Their goal is to create a rich hospitality experience, well aware that the concept of luxury is not so much linked to material goods as to the uniqueness of the atmosphere.

Where?
Located just over an hour's drive from New York City, the town of Newburgh has recently undergone a remarkable revitalization, attracting both visitors and businesses, as well as cultural institutions.
Art serves as the heartbeat of this area, with renowned attractions such as Storm King Art Center, DIA Beacon, Magazzino Italian Art, Art Omi, The Russel Wright Design Center, and more, all within a few miles' radius. Inspired by this cultural renaissance, the team has devised a strategy that intertwines hospitality with the arts, envisioning each residence as a miniature art gallery.
